Series Schedule
Please note: While some classes are run in a "series" format, you are welcome to join us at any time. You do not have to wait until the next series to start. If you choose to pay by the series, there will be no refunds given for missed classes.
Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm Beginners Level
May 28th - July 2nd

Sept. 10th - Oct. 15th
Mondays 6:00-7:30pm Intermediate Yoga
July 7th - October 27th
Beginner yoga series are $48.00 per six week series or $10 for drop in class.
Intermediate classes are $10 per session.

The style of Yoga is a therapeutic Hatha with use of blocks and straps. Focus is on proper alignment and breath work. This class is designed for all levels (great for beginners and those new to yoga). The benefits of Yoga are accesible to everyone, regardless of age, body type, physical ability or religious affiliation.
This class is designed to rejuvenate, refresh, relax and restore. Classes will be held in a peaceful atmosphere with gentle lighting and soft music.
Please wear loose clothing (preferably cotton) and bring a yoga sticky mat and blanket. If you have your own block and strap, feel free to bring it. Blocks and straps will be available for use in the class. Please allow at least two hours before class time and your last light meal.
