Bagua Tighthand Seminar

Yin Fu Style

The Center for Body-Mind Harmony concluded the seminar on the Yin Fu style of Bagua called Bagua Tighthand on Sunday, June 8th. Some of the moves in this form are based on the 8 Palm Changes and the 64 Moving forms. Bagua Tighthand leads directly into the Bagua Deer Horn (Lu Jiao Dao) Knives form. The Center will be offering a seminar on the Bagua Deer Horn Knives later this year.

The seminar was held at the Center for Body-Mind Harmony in Tallmadge and taught by Shifu Gary Harris, owner and head instructor at the Center. The seminar spanned two weekends in order to allow students to properly digest each phase of their training. No prior experience in Bagua was required, but some martial arts experience was helpful.
